1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the th12 platform on any device or web browser, you automatically acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies published on this website.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use th12's services. th12 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms at any time. Any changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically.

2. Account Creation & Security

To access the full features of the th12 platform, you must register an account using accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or closed without prior notice.

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering more than one account under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts.

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
  • Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends.
  • You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • If you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account, contact th12 support immediately.

Th12 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time as part of its compliance and platform security processes.

3. User Responsibilities & Rules of Use

All users of the th12 platform are required to comply with the platform's rules of use. By using the platform, you agree not to engage in any activity that violates applicable laws, compromises system integrity, or harms other users.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the th12 platform:

  • Using unauthorised automation software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to interact with the platform.
  • Attempting to hack, infiltrate, or disrupt the security of th12's systems.
  • Abusing promotions or bonuses in a dishonest manner or in a way that contravenes the stated terms.
  • Conducting transactions linked to money laundering or other unlawful financial activities.
  • Distributing content that is unlawful, threatening, or damaging to the reputation of th12 or its users.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate action, including account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to the relevant authorities.

4. Payment Information & MYR Transactions

All transactions on the th12 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). th12 supports a range of local payment methods, including FPX, online bank transfers, and selected e-wallets.

Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment details provided are accurate and that the bank account used is registered under the same name as the th12 account. Deposit and withdrawal transactions that cannot be verified will be placed on hold until identity verification is completed.

  • Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals vary depending on the selected payment method.
  • Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the method used and may take anywhere from a few minutes to one business day.
  • Th12 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
  • Any attempt to manipulate or defraud the payment system will be investigated and may result in account closure.

Th12 reserves the right to decline, hold, or cancel any transaction suspected of being unauthorised or in breach of platform policies, without being required to provide detailed reasons.

5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Account Policies

Limitation of Liability

Th12 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including losses due to service interruptions, technical failures, or decisions made based on information provided on the platform.

This platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Intellectual Property

All content on the th12 platform, including logos, brand names, text, graphics, interface design, and software, is the exclusive property of th12 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, copying, or distribution without written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

Account Suspension & Closure

Th12 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of terms, illegal activity, or conduct detrimental to the platform. Account balances closed due to fraud or misconduct may not be refunded.
